When you submit a consultation request or apply to join The Skin Remedy Circle, Skin Remedy Clinic uses the contact details and information you provide to review your request, arrange appropriate follow-up and manage your selected communication choices.
Treatment interests
Information about the treatment or concern you wish to discuss may reveal information relating to health or care needs. The enquiry form requests explicit consent before storing this information in the clinic CRM for review and follow-up.
The Skin Remedy Circle
Applying to join The Skin Remedy Circle is optional. The £10 welcome credit is issued only once, after the clinic verifies and approves genuine membership. Treatment reward estimates apply only to eligible successful paid spend for verified, approved active members. An application or consultation request does not create treatment points or wallet credit.
My Skin Remedy member account
Approved members may receive a secure invitation to activate My Skin Remedy. The private member space can display membership status, Digital Wallet transactions, referral code, secure messages, benefits and communication preferences. No skin-image upload or automated skin analysis is active in this foundation release.
Fraud and duplicate protection
To protect welcome credits and referral journeys from repeated or false applications, the clinic may securely compare contact identity details and review suspected duplicates or self-referrals before approving benefits.
Optional communications
You may separately choose to receive Skin Remedy Circle reward, voucher or membership updates by WhatsApp or other available channels. These optional choices are not required for a consultation request and can be withdrawn. Operational contact about an enquiry remains separate.
Information recorded
The website may store your name, contact details, treatment interests, optional message, reference numbers, consent timestamps, optional membership and communication choices, referral information, wallet ledger events, member portal access records, and limited security information required to protect the journey.
